Cambridge Local Stories: Basil Tree
Cambridge Local First (CLF) is releasing the first video in their “Cambridge Local Stories” series, funded, in part, by the City of Cambridge. The short-form documentary profiles Basil Tree Catering (10 Fawcett St.) and tells the story of their net-zero waste offering. Michael Orr, Recycling Director for the Cambridge Department of Public Works, is also featured in the video discussing the value of the city’s composting program for small businesses.
